3 A's for Leadership

1.   Assess
2.   Access and
3.   Accept

First assess your team, you may learn from.

Give them access to you which will give you access to important info.

Gain acceptability to start making positive change. But don’t forget the Return on Investment (RoI).

To be a good leader, following the power is mandatory:

1. Reward giving power
2. Referent power
3. Motivating power
